Added skew from the latest vamos release so sharp corners look correct, framerate and HUD can now be toggled on/off, replay improvements, and hopefully the packaging of FMOD will eliminate sound problems (you may need to copy the FMOD lib from VDrift/lib to /usr/lib and run ldconfig).

Texture formats are now auto-detected. New menus from Chris Guirl. Enhanced performance to compensate for the loss of performance in the last release. Added a joystick deadzone option. Added an in-car view that gets its position from the car's xml file. Fixed a lingering bug with replay/lap time interaction. Added stars and a moon. Added two external camera views, improved the chase view. Fixed a bug in the tachometer texture. With the camera in orbit mode, you can now zoom in and out with the left and right mouse buttons, respectively. Fixed a bug that was causing fuel and speedo needles to not line up correctly. Fixed a bug caused by the way the car's shadow was drawn. Adjusted particle code to clip to the car (so smoke doesn't drift through it -- as much). Added an analog clutch.

Fixed replay pausing/screenshot/trackshot bugs. Fixed FreeCam camera mode. Made the car a lot like a Mustang (which doesn't drift much at all... hopefully I'll add a better car next release). Make the tachometer dynamically generated based on engine parameters. Added elevation to the surface where the track is. This incurred a big performance penalty, so I had to bump down the terrain detail to compensate.

Added a setting for control touchiness compensation in the Control Options menu. Camera mode is now saved. Added a menu option for refueling. Added replay functionality (more refinements to come). Updated HUD graphics from Chris Guirl. New car model from Teemu Haapoja.

Created an in-game interface for control editing. Added code to make the steering less touchy for joysticks (so make sure you select Wheel in Control Options on the Main Menu to deactivate this if you have a wheel). A couple small bugs were fixed.
